What is the lead time for framed photography prints?
Each piece is custom-made to order. Unframed prints typically ship within 5-7 business days, while framed prints require 2-3 weeks for professional mounting and framing before being dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our art and lifestyle products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy on artwork?
Because our fine art prints are custom-printed and framed to order, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement.
What materials are used for your frames?
Our frames are handcrafted from solid wood and feature UV-shielding acrylic to protect your artwork from fading. We offer premium finishes including white, black, and natural maple.
Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
Orders enter our production queue immediately. We can only process cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this window, the production process has begun and cannot be stopped.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been handcrafted and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
